NSI was established in 2014 with the academic sponsorship of the Harvard Negotiation Project led by the Director Professor James Sebenius. NSI is working with leaders to enhance the capacity for effective and sophisticated negotiation practice and thinking; for that purpose NSI, partnered with renowned experts and practitioners in the field, and with those who accomplished groundbreaking achievements in the world's most complex negotiations. 


Since its establishment NSI is developing a Network of leaders-negotiators in the Middle East, and established a one-of-its-kind Executive Program on Negotiation to equip leadership with high-level and sophisticated negotiation tools and skills.
